We deliver to most addresses in Singapore, with the exception if the restricted areas.
Nothing! All of our deliveries are free for all our customers. That being said, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times as our drivers plan the most efficient route each day to ensure the freshness of the flowers. This also helps to ensure that we keep the price of our flowers and products affordable.
However, if you require us to deliver at a specific timing, we can do it for you at an additional cost of $25.
However, if the address provided is incorrect, please will request for additional $15 for redelivery to the correct address.
It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that there is someone to receive the flowers at the delivery address. If there is no one to receive the flowers or products, we will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes in the event that the recipient cannot be contacted via mobile. Thereafter, we will inform buyer that he/she may redeliver at an additional cost of $10 - $20 depending on the delivery location.
If the delivery address is incorrect/incomplete or if there is no one or place to leave the flowers, there will be a redelivery fee of $10 - $20 depending on the delivery location.
Kindly note that we are able to attempt the delivery of your order only once to minimise our delivery costs and keep all products affordable for you.
The Floral Edition will not be responsible for flowers held outside the door, security or reception onwards.
Yes you can. However, it will be subject to availability and there will be additional surcharge of $25 for this service. Please allow 2 hours interval for this service. Kindly indicate your preferred timing at 'Add a note' during checkout. Call/whatapps us anytime at 97262142 for assistance.
It is important to provide us with the recipient’s full delivery address so as to ensure that our driver deliver your product safely. It will be great if you are able to provide us any specific details (such as condo name) that will assist with the delivery process. We are not responsible for failure to provide incorrect address and will charge additional $15 for redelivery
If the reroute or redelivery location is within the are our drivers are assigned, we will try our best to fit it into the schedule at an additional fee ($15). If the location is out of assigned area, we may not be able to reroute or redeliver the products on the same day. In such instances, the products will be returned for redelivery the next working day at an additional fee ($15).
Kindly note that all orders have to be made at least one day before the delivery date.
All flowers, fillers and foliage come in different shapes, sizes and stages of bloom. Rest assured that all the flowers are curated with lots of love, care and attention. The number of stalks in the bouquet will be quite similar to what you see in our pictures.
Kindly note that the fillers and foliages (not main flowers) can be changed by us without prior notice to buyer. Hence, only place an order with us if you are comfortable with our style
Yes! All bouquets come with complimentary card. Kindly ensure that you sign off with your name if you will like the recipient to know who the bouquet is from.
